Close to mountain biking, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach. With convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 18-minute drive to Piazza del Popolo or the 19-minute drive to Terme di Montecatini.

Relax by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden of this 2583-sq-ft villa, which also features a porch or lanai and outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the foosball.

A BBQ grill and a fireplace are featured at this 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and toilet paper. The property was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful location offering a lot of privacy. The owners Martina and Paolo respond very quickly to questions, are flexible and try to offer the tendants as much rest and privacy as possible. There is a steep but well maintained driveway to reach the house. The property consists of 4 appartments which are fully equipped. So we had plenty of fridges to our disposal. Everything was well maintained and Paolo stopped by to clean the pool multiple times. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. Wonderful views from the property. Steep but beautiful roads for cycling and a lot of great cities to visit in the neighbourhood (30 to 60min drives). You can even visit the beach in 60min. Thanks for letting us stay, we had a fantastic holiday.

The location is beautiful, the houses have plenty of room, and the swimming pool is fantastic! We were 14 people (4 couples and 6 children) and the housing situation was perfect for us. However we were surprised to discover that we had to supply our own toilet paper, kitchen towels, garbages bags, and dishwasher tabs. We would definitely love to return again sometime! Thanks Paulo for sharing your beautiful place with us.

We have just spend a very peaceful and relaxing week in these 2 lovely houses. There were 12 of us,(10 adults and 2children (10&12)) the houses were perfectly sized for our family group enough space to be on our own or collectively around d the table. The houses are well furnished and Paulo and his family were always available should any problems arise ( not that we need to contact them). Do drive up the mountain to Vellano this small sleepy village approx 10 minutes drive has the most amazing restaurant with stunning views over the valley. The good was freshly cooked and was delicious . The town of Pescia is well worth a visit and a wa see around it’s small streets is a must. We would certainly consider returning to these houses. Only downside was internet was a little patchy which I saw as a positive as I wasn’t tempted to check email etc. But some of our party missed the daily contact with those back home, thank you Paulo for a wonderful holiday.

We stayed at this beautiful farm in the last week of August and we were really pleased! Paul was very friendly with us, even the time we did spend a nice week! The farm is fantastic, surrounded by nature. Cleanliness is excellent. The pool, although it was the middle of summer, it was our companion. we will definitely find Paul and his dog Ugo! Marianne

Wonderful place for spending free time and relaxing. Beautiful nature around the houses. There is the possibility to walking in a surrounding area. Moreover spacious and comfortable rooms with modern, well-equipted kitchen and bathroom. Very clean swimming pool in appropriate size. Convenient deckchairs and possibility to hide from the sun thanks to many umbrellas. There is also a fantastic owner supporting us in any need or expectaction. These were really miraculous holiday for us where we would like to come back more again.
