Nestled in the hills with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Tuscan landscape, the setting is peaceful and secluded, offering total privacy and serenity—yet it’s just a short 15-minute walk to a charming town full of history, local charm, and fantastic food.
The property itself is beautifully designed and spacious, blending rustic elegance with modern comfort. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for al fresco dining, while the expansive sun terrace provides the ideal spot to unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the hills.
With two private pools, there’s plenty of space to relax and refresh. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning swim or lounging by the water in the afternoon, every moment here feels indulgent.

This place is paradise. It is the most beautiful and perfect holiday base for this part of Italy. Really easy to get to from Pisa airport, could do with a hire car as is quite isolated but easy enough to find with phone sat nav and places to park.
It is like a slice of heaven. Travelled as 6 girlfriends for a birthday celebration. The property is large and well maintained. The views are spectacular. We felt like we were in a dream. Endless amenities, two kitchens, lots of bathrooms. The pool overlooking the Tuscan hills is divine. Little things like a fridge near the pool to keep drinks cool, top quality linen for the beds. Fantastic host who couldn't do enough for us and solved little issues very easily. I don't want to say too much as this is a hidden secret and want to keep it for myself... can't recommend enough

Our stay at Villa Colletto was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the hills north of Lucca, the property offered everything we could have dreamed of — and more.
The house itself is a fairytale come to life. Beautifully restored and thoughtfully decorated, every room carries a sense of charm, comfort, and timeless elegance. The heart of the experience, however, was the incredible outdoor kitchen. Cooking and dining al fresco while taking in the sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside was unforgettable. The spacious balcony quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening wine — the panorama is absolutely breathtaking.
One of the most memorable moments of our stay was the evening we spent with a private pizzaiolos. Watching them prepare delicious wood-fired pizzas in the outdoor oven was a highlight for both adults and children. It felt like a true celebration of Italian food and hospitality.
Our hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, striking the perfect balance between giving us privacy and being available whenever needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home.
Villa Colletto is a place that touches the soul. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, authentic, and luxurious Tuscan escape. We left with full hearts, unforgettable memories, and a strong desire to return.
