Medusa Apartments

One of our rooms (we had 2) was great. Quite newly refurbished. Beds were very comfortable. Good bathroom. Good mirror and vanity table. Great pool. The hotel location was good being opposite the beach - not what we had originally booked. We had booked to stay in the old town but this was cancelled by Booking.com 2 weeks before travel, despite this being booked and paid for over 12 months in advance. The Medusa was a panic purchase (yes I had to sort this out myself). However, it turned out ok in the end.

The 2nd room booked was tired and in need of updating (although beds were comfortable). The bathroom was very poor and not very clean. The overview on Booking.com also said there is a hot tub. There is no hot tub.

depto moderno con instalaciones casi nuevas, bien insonorizado. tiene ascensor !! excelente ducha con buena presion.

no tiene estacionamiento y en esa zona es un problema

Die Lage des Hotels. Die Küche war für Selbstversorger voll ausgestattet. Fitnessraum war OK, Badelaken für Liegestühle kostenlos. Personal an der Rezeption freundlich aber unverbindlich.

Die Zimmerreinigung war eine Katastrophe. Essensreste von vorherigen Gästen in den Schränken, Überall Staub und Haare, trotz täglicher "Reinigung" ... sehr oberflächlich! Es existierten nur Laken zum zudecken, was für heiße Sommertage sinnvoll ist, aber nicht im Oktober. Kreta-Ansichtskarten für Familie an Rezeption abgegeben - kamen aber nie an (wahrscheinlich nicht versandt)!! Sehr viele Tauben im Innenhof, dementsprechend laut und schmutzig. Gebühren für Liegestühle am Strand, 5,- p.Tg., war nicht in der Booking.com-Hotelbeschreibung ausgewiesen.
