Location and the cost was amazing. Great for stay if you do not have a rental car. Everything was cost efficient since the balcony had the sensor and if you left the balcony open the ac turned off - loved it. You can dry the clothes in the balcony and go swimming in the sea it takes 2 minutes

Really spacious room, nice balcony, view to the sea and still quite at night time.
Silicon in toilet has some black dots, means mold from the moisture and dirt. But I kept the toilet door closed.
