Colosseum House - Private Rooftop, Jacuzzi Hot Tub & View

Property was in a great location for both walking and transport. Lovely area. Apartment felt safe and comfortable, was clean and great amenities

Nothing, we loved all of it and would use the same apartment again. Hosts were great with any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable

We stayed in November for a long birthday weekend, as a previous visitor to Rome and wanted something special near the Coleseum. The hosts are fantastic and very receptive to communicate. The location is absolutely fantastic, less than 10 mins walk and plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The facilities at the apartment are small but well designed, functional and suitable with a small kitchen, lounge area with TV (we were able to connect and stream our phone when there), and connections for chargers in the bedroom. The highlight and reason for booking was the jacuzzi and rooftop terrace which had been decorated lovely, although a little cold for us at 36°! Bathrobes and towels were provided, and it was a lovely stay.

Lovely location, really well equipped and clean. Loved the rooftop hot tub and view. Communication with the hosts was brilliant and really well maintained with lots of thoughtful touches that made it a wonderful stay.

The little apartment was conveniently equipped with kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The kitchen was equipped with coffee and condiments. The bathroom was spacious. The washer is also convenient if you need to do a quick laundry. We didn't use the jacuzzi at all as we were under the impression that it was for all tenants in the building. Apartment size is nice for two people. I wouldn't list the apartment for four people, it's too small for four people in my honest opinion.

The bathrobes were old and the color of it was fading. You can tell that they've been overused. I only used the bathrobe once. It would be nice for the shower to have glass doors all through the railings, rather than placing a blue curtain which takes up space and made the shower smaller - the curtain didn't look new/clean. It would've been nice if the curtain was new/cleaner. Suggestion to add glass doors through the entire perimeter of the shower stall itself. The TV monitors were also very small.
