I understand there are several apartments offered by this rprovider and some of them may be very good. I booked this one base on the reviews I read which obviously were not on the one that we rented. I’m giving my own experience about the one that we rented (Lobowska 57) which did not meet expectations due to: * the listing said there’s a 24hour front desk, which is a lie. There’s no live person to interact with at the property. *the building, not the unit itself, is very old and dilapidated, with a very strong stench as you enter. Has a strong moldy smell. *the bedroom is super small, so that the bed is set against a wall on 3 sides, making it impossible for 2 people to get on and off the bed; to the point that we found it more manageable for my husband to sleep on the sofa instead of in the bedroom during our stay. *the bathroom sink is so small and cramped, it’s totally useless. We had to use the kitchen sink to wash our hands/faces and shave. I realize spaces in Europe are much smaller than North America, but I’ve travelled extensively in Europe and have never seen any sink so small that I cannot wash my face in. I’m adding a picture of the sink, with my hand in it for reference. I’m a petite woman with small hands and in the picture I’m holding the only one piece of hand soap provided. *there are absolutely not enough, or no supplies of the minimum basics needed: no salt, pepper, oil, coffee… I mean if there’s a washing machine or a coffeemaker, it’s a reasonable expectation that laundry detergent and ground coffee be provided. It’s not good hosting practice to expect guests who are in town for only a couple days, go buy everything from salt/pepper/oil, to hand soap, to toilet paper (one roll provided for 2 people for 5-day stay) to laundry detergent (I mean what am I gonna do with a whole pack of detergent after I use one load?
