Apartament znajduje się w bliskiej odległości od centrum, blisko przystanek autobusowy, tramwajowy. Spokojna okolica, Wygodne łóżko. Duża lodówka, szafa.
Klimatyzacja słabo działająca, wymaga gruntownego czyszczenia i dezynfekcji. Odpływy w łazience również należałoby od czasu do czasu oczyścić - woda słabo spływała i przez to zalewała łazienkę. Rozważyłabym jednak montaż drzwi do kabiny prysznicowej. Wentylacja w łazience również wymaga czyszczenia, podczas pracy było czuć pleśnią.

Lokalizacja,wystrój,ogrzewanie oraz wygodne lóżko
po dotarciu do obiektu ukazał się nam spory brud podłogi,nie odkurzone,nie umyta podłoga,okruchy na płycie indukcyjnej,sporo kurzu a najgorsze to długie czarne włosy w pościeli plamy na pościeli (widać,że pościel była nie zmieniona) po 10 telefonach do obsługi pościel została zmieniona na moją prośbę,jednak poza łóżkiem nic nie zostało ruszone.
