Spacious rooms, great breakfast, very central location. The owner lady is very kind and helpful. Safe carpark is in a few minutes walk.
Limited view from the window, but it was not disturbing for us at all anyway. Some rooms are on the 2nd floor, no elevator.

I loved everything about this place! Great location, room, bathroom, breakfast; and the front desk woman was very kind, patient, and helpful in ordering us a taxi when we were leaving.

Stayed at unit 20 (2 bedrooms, top floor). Unit had no AC so at 35C one could not use the unit during the day and at night one had to leave the window open (= noise, potential entry of mosquitoes etc as windows had no grill). Unit has 2 bedrooms but only 1 fan (to compensate for the lack of AC). Upon our request host provided 2nd fan for the 2nd night.
Fridge is noisy, pillow super soft, breakfast is average, curtains do not provide blackout.
Ps: While it’s a historical building there are countless such buildings in town with AC..
