Where to start !
Room was noisy and uncomfortable
Bathroom not as clean as should be not enough toilet paper
Bed hard as rock pillows had no filling
Room was tired looking and furniture was battered and worn
Need to carry bags up two flights
Reception on first floor
Onsite parking was a distance away and difficult to park if more than two cars already there
