La propreté, le cadre et l'amabilité du personnel. Une bagagerie permet de visiter l'île jusqu'au départ du bateau. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est extraordinaire.
Aucune critique pour l'hôtel. Par contre le restaurant de l'hôtel est très décevant.

La situation de l’établissement et sa tranquillité sur l’île d’Aix ! Un personnel aimable et chaleureux ! La carte du restaurant soignée, originale, plats généreux et délicieux ! Un petit déjeuner salé/sucré bien présenté et copieux ! Malgré une météo peu favorable, ce fut un séjour inoubliable !
