The hotel is squeaky clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. There is green space all around the outside of the hotel. There is a lovely park across the street where you can take a short walk to the beach. There is a spa onsite although we did not partake of that. The breakfast was pretty good too. There is a lift and air conditioning as well. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.
I really can't think of a single thing I didn't like.

The staff were exceptional. Helpful, friendly, approachable and sincere.The breakfast was varied and well cooked. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was 17 mins walk to centre and very close to the beach. We like the initiative of offering a free glass of champagne if you didn’t require your room cleaned.
Nothing. Slightly long walk back to train station but we used a bus which stopped outside the hotel.

Location, short walk into town, a park and the coast, parking on the road. Liked the no room
housekeeping in exchange for glass of champagne.
Small gym, extra cost for spa facilities. No bar.
