Location was ideal , 5 min walk to the Port , less than 5 min walk to the beach and 10 min walk to Place de Verdun. Had a lovely relaxing massage at the hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

I loved the beds, and location is great. The furniture is well organized to take advantage of space. Clean bathrooms. Friendly English speaking staff.
In our room by the ceiling air conditioner vent, there are black dots. I can't tell what it is -dirt from unclean vents or something else, but my son noticed it and got concerned. Also, the hallways are hot /the AC was maybe not on? I was a bit surprised there was no milk or cream for coffee in our room and even downstairs where you pay 2+ euros for coffee, there was no milk available without going into breakfast. But these are things that can be surely fixed. The walk to the park is easy, staff is friendly, and I think they just need to get on top of maintenance of their vents and air conditioner cleaning which is easy to pay to have done more regularly and then clean the ceiling.

housekeeping in exchange for glass of champagne.
