The property is clean, tidy and the rooms well maintained. The bed and pillows were particularly comfortable. The location is excellent, close to public transport and a short walk into La Rochelle marina area and a beach. Olivier took the time when checking in to explain the local area, its history and make sure we were happy with our rooms. Breakfast is a delight - sat in the small but beautiful garden, with a selection of cheeses, pastries, bread, cereal and fruit. Coffee and tea also brought to the table as often as wanted. Also, given its location and layout, the rooms face onto the rear garden, so noise and light pollution at night is minimal. We had the window open all night without any issues. A charming, well kept and very comfortable guest house. Would highly recommend!

Nothing. It is a guest house, and not a hotel, so some areas of the property are not available all the time (e.g. the garden other than breakfast) as this is part of the private dwelling areas.

What a beautiful tranquil property to stay in. It was clean, crisp and very well designed. It was comfy and luxurious - totally perfect!

The insolite room was beautiful, warm and the bed very comfortable. A lovely private area and a very relaxing place to stay.

The only comment is that maybe a little more information on the nearest car parking would be helpful.

Location was good and Hayat was very pleasant.

No rubber mat in the bath with the shower. No breakfast tea and two pods of milk. Bed linen was tired. One of the sockets didn’t work and it made it awkward to plug in the phone charger. Parking in the garage behind the hote was awkward to get in and out of.
