The staff are all amazing, customer care is their absolute priority.
Parking under the hotel right in the middle of the city La Rochelle.
Fabulous entrance really sets the scene for a great stay.
Fabulous bar.
Fabulous atmosphere, real French shabby Chic.

Having to request a change of room due to A/C not working.
Pool area a little scruffy with multiply trip hazards through uneven or change in levels.
The price is top end 4 star accommodation, unfortunately can’t see how it has a 5 star rating.

Lovely hotel and well situated. Nicely modern in the middle of the old quarter.
The was an unfortunate sewer smell in the bathroom which the staff were unable to get rid of.

The staff and hotel facilities were good the breakfast was okay not exceptional expensive for what was offered
The room was definitely not up to standard I would rate the room 3 stars not 5 stars
