Located on the hill overlooking Zoagli, it is equipped with a jacuzzi, private patio and garden and a panoramic swimming pool shared with the owners of the adjacent villa.
The apartment is completed by air conditioning, WIFI, an outdoor living area with comfortable sofas, a dining table, and sun loungers.
It is the ideal place for a holiday surrounded by nature with the splendid setting of the Gulf of Tigullio.
The beautiful bedroom has direct access to the garden and sea views.
The apartment of 75 square meters can host up to 4 people plus a baby and is composed of:
•Master bedroom with a view, private bathroom with shower and access to the garden
•Living room with double davenport, TV area and dining table with access to the outside patio
•Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with access to the outside patio
•1 Bathroom with shower
•Outdoor patio of 40 square meters with sea view
•Garden with deck chairs and a sea view, pool and jacuzzi
*Hot tub not available from September to end of April

Distances: Zoagli (3 km), Rapallo (6 km), Santa Margherita / Portofino (12 km)
The Cinque Terre can be reached in 30 minutes by car, by train and by boat from Rapallo.
The price of the cleanings also includes the provision of bed linen and towels for all the guests, the check-in and the assistance during the stay.

L‘appartamento é molto carino, come sono entrata non dicevo altro che WOOW, però poi guardando più in dettaglio le cose devo dire che la pulizia manca, purtroppo…. La scala per arrivare all‘appartamento é pesante, bisogna metterlo nei dettagli del sito. Il parcheggio Auto é fatto solo per piccole auto… per il resto non male… Alex molto gentile e disponibile, bravo Alex… Per il resto qualità prezzo non ci siamo, perché le cose belle vanno curate in tutto, ciò che quí non é il caso, tipo sdraie solari rotte etc.

Traumhafter Ausbilck von der Terrasse auf Portofino und das Meer. Ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Zug nach Cinque Terre oder Genua.

The view, the location, the cleanliness so many wonderful things about this property! Very conveniently located to town and the train station but you feel like you’re all on your own overlooking the gorgeous sea. We absolutely loved staying here. We’ve stayed in many home away properties in many different countries and this is hands down one of the best!
