About this villa rental
"LA PIETRA DEI CANTI ROSSI" is immersed in a luxuriant olive grove on the coast between Chiavari and Zoagli, just over 2 km from the beach, with a wonderful view of the sea and the Portofino promontory.
The villa has just been built and completed in 2019 with particular attention to details and Italian style, to offer our guests a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Particularly recommended for families, it offers maximum tranquility and privacy: an ideal place for those who want to relax on the hills without giving up the sea.
The house is about 150 square meters, plus a large terrace with pergola overlooking the sea, equipped with a table for dining, chairs and sun loungers. In addition there is a large garden with lawn and another terrace with chairs, table and umbrella, ideal for enjoying the first good coffee of the day, in complete privacy, in front of the sea and Portofino.
The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Three rooms, two of which are double rooms that overlook the terrace and one with two single beds, all with sea views. A cot / crib, a changing table and a high chair are available. Sheets, duvets and pillows are included.
Two bathrooms with shower, complete with towels.
Large living room with sofas, conversation and music area with vertical piano, TV with satellite dish and Netflix, dining area. Fully equipped kitchen, Living room and kitchen directly overlook the terrace with a pergola facing the sea.
Our customers are allowed to park in a large private and guarded car park which leads to the house via a staircase.
You arrive at the beach in less than five minutes by car and you can reach PORTOFINO via Rapallo and S. Margherita, as well as Camogli, the Aquarium of Genoa, Sestri Levante and the CINQUE TERRE, by car, train or boat.

We have been at this beautiful and amazing place the third time in a row. It is like „coming home“, you feel very welcome, holiday starts from first minute. Great view, surrounding, house - and 5 special stars for Arleen as perfect host.

This property was dreamy. Arlene, our host greeted us with welcome arms. She was just lovely. The house was immaculate, view was stunning. We spent most of our time on the veranda sharing meals and playing games. When we got warm, we enjoyed the outdoor shower! We stayed 6 days but could have stayed longer. I give this property and experience a 10 out of 10.
