About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on Via Aurelia, about 100 meters from the center of Zoagli and the beach and 50 meters from the station, from which you can easily reach the main resorts of the Riviera (Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino) and from the bus stop to reach Chiavari or Rapallo with a "panoramic" route.
It is large in size with a terrace facing the sea.
From each room you can admire the sea and enjoy suggestive sunsets.
It is located on the second floor with lift and has a communal garden.

It consists of a large living room with living area with flat screen TV and dining area, kitchen, double bedroom and bedroom with two foldaway beds, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
The furniture is modern and refined, with design elements.
The kitchen is super-equipped and includes a 5-burner hob, fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, American coffee machine, dishwasher and washer dryer (with the supply of detergents for washing).
Covered private place for small-sized cars closed by a gate inside the same building connected to the apartment by an internal staircase.
For other cars there is a large garage (6X3 meters) at 100 meters from the house included in the price.
Services included: unlimited wi-fi, Netflix, complete linen (bathroom, bedroom and kitchen), beach towels, books, board games, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
In the building there is a small emporium where you can buy fresh bread, focaccia and any other food and everyday products every day.
Pets are not allowed.
From 1 April 2018 the municipality of Zoagli has established the tourist tax of € 1.50 per night per person over the age of 15 with a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
The amount must be paid on arrival.

The apartment was PERFECT, the large balcony had a magnificent views which could be seen from every room! Paublo and Maurizio were wonderful and so very helpful to us. Above and beyond! The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Zoagli was a beautiful quaint town with some very good restaurants and made a great home base. We traveled from Genova to Cinque Terre and everywhere in between.

What a lovely place to stay. Everything you could ask for is provided. Wonderful patio to sit and enjoy the fantastic view. Lovely basket of food and wine for your stay. They are very helpful in every way. Wonderful people. Only issue your parking spot is a thousand step round trip down hill. At least for our car.

We had a great holiday in Zoagli and nearby towns. A fantastic appartment with a great view. Our hosts Paola and Mauritius did a lot for us to feel at home. We strongly recommend the appartment.

Paola and Maurizio we fantastic hosts. They picked us up at the train station and took us there at the end of our stay. They stocked the kitchen with essentials, Milk, fruit , water, vino, eggs and so much more. We were there for a wedding at the castle, wished we would have booked two weeks! Lots of hiking to get around town but views were amazing from all over town. The balcony in the apartment was large and the view was amazing. Apartment was large and very modern! Oh and the bathtub was so nice, and large! Great for soaking!!! Thank you for such amazing hospitality! If we make it back to Zoagli we will reach out!!
