Located in Chiavari, one of the gems of the Ligurian Riviera, it’s the perfect starting point to explore Portofino, the Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante, and the charming villages of Tigullio. Relaxation, nature, and unforgettable sunsets await.

🏡 The house offers large and welcoming spaces: a big living room, a separate kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with an additional single bed, a comfortable bathroom, a second double bedroom with a private bathroom 🚿, and a final single bedroom.
A private parking space 🚗 is included, suitable for small cars. Just in front, free parking is available for larger vehicles.
To reach the house from the parking area, you’ll need to climb a long staircase 🏞️.
Please note that supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars are located at a distance: having a car 🚘 is essential to reach the nearest shops.
