Exceeded the expectations and the price was very fair.

Property conditions (much better than they show in their pictures), staff was very helpful and nice. Food choices were fine (not too many), and the quality was above average other hotels. They offered everything that was advertised, didn't fall short on anything and even exceeded the expectations, as the rooms are very new (probably renovated not too long ago) and they look way better than in pictures).

The location was not the best, a bit far from the center (Rua das Pedras) to go walking but just a 5 minute taxi would get you there. The access to the beach was convenient but wasn't exclusive of the hotel, it was a public access that was connected to the hotel through a gate. No security concerns but I would have loved that it was exclusive (although I'm nitpicking here. This was not an issue at all).

Great place to stay, close to the beach, lots of activities for children

Great location, a few meters from Ferradura beach. Very confortable and clean rooms, friendly staff and lots of activities for children. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) were very good too. Lots of pools all around the property.

Um resort com ar de pousada, porém com muita infraestrutura”

Confortável, equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, quartos limpos. Buffet com bastante opções saudáveis. Sauna funcionando bem, academia muito boa, diversas piscinas, inclusive algumas bem calmas no periodo do carnaval.

Achei muito bom. Ter restaurante dentro do hotel para almoçar e jantar foi bem confortável.

Muy buena estadía ideal para familia y amigos

Muy buena estadía. El resort es muy amplio y tiene muchos espacios para poder disfrutar y desconectarse. La atención es excelente y el restaurant tiene un menú de calidad muy variado. Las piscinas están en excelente estado, y hay un buen gimnasio y sauna. Ideal para familia y amigos.

Las habitaciones se ubican cerca de áreas comunes por lo que no es ideal si se quiere descansar en silencio. Las paredes no insonorizan bien y hubo mucho ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada con gente en áreas comunes (en algún caso llegó hasta las 3am), lo que hizo dificultoso el descanso. Por otro lado, no hay claridad sobre los horarios de uso de estas áreas: si bien había gente en la sala de juegos a la noche, no nos permitieron utilizar ahí un juego de mesa del hotel ya que supuestamente podía usar ese espacio hasta las 9pm. Algo menor, pero poco claro. Deberían poder extender el uso de las piscinas de ambos lados hasta más tarde: 10 u 11 pm, como pasa en otros resorts.

Café da manhã excepcional! Recreação otima, comida para crianças incluida na diaria, cama gostosa, chuveiro maravilhoso. Quarto simples, mas com muito conforto! Adorei as piscinas, espaço kids também! Restaurante otimo!

Não tem elevador/rampa para acesso aos quartos. É a unica limitação do local.

Ferradura Hotel Buzios

Tiene muchas piletas, algunas templadas. Hay cocinas muy completas, con ollas, anafes, microondas, pava eléctrica, heladera, bacha de cocina y bidón de agua fría y natural para beber Las habitaciones son súper cómodas, amplias y muy limpias. El baño es amplio también. A mí me tocó una habitación con dos camas dobles y balcón con vista a las pilates. El armario de ropa es chiquito. Hay un escritorio grande y una TV plana grande. En el hotel también hay una sala de recreación con juegos para niños pequeños . También hay otra salada con mesa de pool, mesa de cartas, tv de unas 100 pulgadas con sillones. Hay otra sala con ping pong, metegol juegos de arcade entre otros. Hay máquinas de café y té las 24 hs. Hay un gimnasio, sauna y pileta cerrada climatizada. El hotel es muy cómodo para pasar un día de lluvia ahí dentro sin problemas. El personal es muy amable, muy atento. Nos gustó mucho.
