Royal Turquesa Boutique Hotel

The bedroom was comfortable, the staff was friendly, great value for the price!

There were water issues in the city apparently and there was no water multiple days between 5-6 pm to midnight although it looked like the management of the hotel tried to fix this issue with not too much luck... everything else was ok!

When we arrived no one could help us and looked very confused as to where we should be or check in. I am still not sure how they chose our 1st room (as we had to move rooms due to water and plumbing issues)We booked and PAID for a King Suit and according to the pictures this is not what we got. We couldn't enquire with staff as there was no english at the hotel. (Patrick who worked late shift could speak very little english and helped us to move to another room, that was still not we viewed on the pictures). No one helped with luggage with very steep terrain. No aircon in the lobby or restaurant area. handles are broken off the cupboards, rusty hairdryer stand WITHOUT hairdryer. Little warm water, couldn't even last past 1 shower. Bath Towels were old and not crisp white anymore, it was a little gross. Had to bring chairs and hammock from another room ourselves. No cold drinks (no ice) at breakfast. Breakfast was more than an hour late the 2nd morning. Absolutely false advertising and we feel that we should be refunded for this.
