Locations is super good and the possibility of usage of Insolito Facilities & Restaurant is key for the experience The cleaning ladies are pleasent

Breakfast is very week and tasteless There is sewage smell in the access areas to the rooms Reception and restaurant stuff is not energized and happy There was no one at the bar. we were there for over 1 hour

Great place and amazing location.

The breakfast at Jubarte was good. The fact the the Jubarte uses the facilities of the Insolito Hotel really makes it great. The Insolito has a fantastic restaurant with great staff and chef. Really delicious food in an amazing location just across the road.

I think the rooms at the Jubarte were a bit tired. The air conditioning was noisy so we didn’t have it on at night. The room and bathroom would benefit from some hooks and shelves.

Comfortable and specious rooms!

Specious rooms, great air conditioning, delicious breakfast and access to Insólito’s facilities it was amazing. The warm customer care by most of their staff it’s also a nice touch. Special thanks to Vinicius, Marcos Vinicius and Jamila!!!

Our balcony was facing the street. No complimentary water in the room, but they do give small bottles upon check out with fruits, it was a nice touch. Overall it’s a great place and very relaxing ambiance!

We loved the initial warm reception by the staff, the location, the cleanliness, and the good condition of the property and facilities. Also loved the staff letting us know of the connection to the Insólito hotel facilities.

Great Staff, very very friendly and helpfull, great with kids. We felt very welcome and at home. The location is very good, close to the beach and more quiet than other areas in Búzios. The room was good and I liked the beach club that can be used without extra costs as a hotel guest.

Great pousada

Great pousada in the vicinity of Ferradura beach. Rooms modern and well appointed. Yummy breakfast! The staff in the restaurant has been amazing, always happy to assist. Rodolfo was super friendly and a great professional. Big thanks also to Lian, Marcos and Jamila!

Amazing room with really comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast really good with a terrace with a great view!

Exceptional

The staff was the highlight of the hotel. They were extremely kind and helpful in all situations. Even helped with organizing a car rental. The hotel is clean, and well taken care of. The rooftop has the dining area, pool, and the view of the beach. The bar and restaurant has a good selection of food. The lounge beds are very comfortable. As part of your stay in the hotel, you get free access to the beach club across the street which has its own restaurant and beach. For the price, this hotel has everything.

A really nice hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great. Two large bottles of water in the room each day was very nice. It was very clean.

The only bad thing was the number of steps that my 80 year old mother in law had to climb. But that is not really a criticism.
