The White Villa: magnificent hillside villa with garden

A charming hilltop villa with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The ground floor has a bathroom, a large open space with kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking the garden. The garden consists of 3000 square meters of green area with a majestic forest of trees, some of which are rare. You will live totally immersed in nature, only 15-20 minutes by car from the city center. Outside the living room, a porch with grill for outdoor lunches and evenings.

A wonderful and independent 300 sq m house with a garden in the countryside on the Turin hill, 600 meters above sea level and outside the city smog.
The villa is particularly suitable for families with children and for groups of people who come to Turin for tourism, entertainment and business, who are looking for an environment immersed in peace, tranquility and relaxation.

The villa has a maximum residential capacity of 9 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
First floor:
- Twin bed room
- Triple bedroom (one double bed and one single bed) with a balcony overlooking the garden
- Two bathrooms with shower box, sink, bidet and WC
Attic floor:
- Bedroom with double bed, a sofa bed and a bathroom (shower, sink, bidet and toilet).
Possibility to add 1 bed and, on request, 1 baby bed.

It is not allowed to bring cats because of allergy risks.
In the Villa smoking is not allowed, while in the surrounding park, being for private use, smoking is allowed.
The parties can be arranged by agreement with us on the methods and economic conditions.

WHERE IS IT

It is recommended to have a car with which you can reach the villa in a few minutes from Piazza Freguglia, Cavoretto, follow a sinuous road for 1500 meters that will take you to the 600 meter high villa where you can breathe the pure and without smog air of the hill of Turin.
From the villa, in 5-10 minutes you can reach Piazza Zara (free parking) or Piazza Carducci (for a fee and display parking). From there, in 10-15 minutes by bus or subway, you can reach the city center and the main tourist, cultural, commercial and commercial sites of the city.
We are able to provide contacts for transfers to and from the city for our guests who do not have a car or who do not wish to use their own.
The villa is 10 minutes by car from the Lingotto exhibition center and 15-20 minutes from the railway stations and the highway. In an hour and a half by car or train you can reach the main ski and mountain resorts in Piedmont (Sestriere, Bardonecchia, Sauze d'Oulx, etc.) or in Valle d'Aosta Courmayeur, Gressoney, Cervinia, etc.) . In 50 minutes by train or 90 minutes by highway you can reach Milan and in 60 minutes by car Alba and the wine and white truffle lands (Langhe, Monferrato and Roero).

HELPFUL TIPS
You need to take the car to get to the nearest grocery stores or supermarkets.
In Piazza Freguglia you can find a very well-served shop for food and detergents (opening hours 8:30 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30). The shop is closed on Wednesday afternoon and Sunday.
There are two supermarkets within 10 minutes drive of the villa.
Once down the hill, immediately after crossing the river on the right is the Pam supermarket (Corso Bramante 93), opening hours: every day from 9:00 to 21:00. Going straight on, crossing the bridge over the railway, always right you will find a Carrefour supermarket (Corso Turati 75) open all day.
