In der Erwartung lag ein kontinentales Frühstück. Bekommen haben wir einen Kaffee und ein süßes Teilchen - jeden
Tag in der Konditorei 20 m von der Unterkunft entfernt direkt an der Hauptstraße. Italiener, Franzosen vielleicht auch
noch kann man mit dieser Art Frühstück beglücken, bei Deutschen ist das wohl eher nicht der Fall. Es war jedenfalls
so nicht annonciert, ganz im Gegenteil wurde vom Frühstück geschwärmt. Die Unterkunft war bedeutend besser als
es der heruntergekommene Bau vermuten lies . Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, alles war sehr sauber und
ordentlich. Es gab Kaffee (Pads), Tee, Kekse und Bonbons for free und die Vorräte wurden immer wieder nachgefüllt.
Ercolano ist ein Drecknest ohnesgleichen, unansehnlich und vermüllt. Der Zugang zum Meer ist durch eine an der Küste entlang führende Eisenbahnlinie blockiert. Die Ausgrabungen (Hercanoleum) sind wohl archäologisch bedeutsam, aber reißen einen nun auch wieder nicht derart vom Sockel, dass das übrige drumherum übertüncht würde.

Ogni volta che soggiorniamo a Villa Valminuta non possiamo che riconfermare il giudizio positivo sui servizi e sulla struttura. Camere pulite , accoglienti e arredate con gusto, letto comodissimo nella luminosa camera “Procida” che regala uno splendido scorcio sulla più bella tra le ville vesuviane del Miglio d’oro! Biscottini e caffè nel salottino della graziosa hall e ottima colazione nel bar appena fuori dalla struttura, ad un passo dalla meravigliosa Villa Campolieto. Al tutto si aggiungono la calorosa accoglienza e la disponibilità di Ramona!

era come in foto, molto accogliente e pulita. la colazione era buonissima e siamo stati accuditi da re sia dalla persona che gestisce l’alloggio che dal bar che ci dava la colazione , che i dolci erano buonissimi e sono di gran superiore di quelli che troverete a napoli o pompei.
cuscini un po’ duri, ma è questione di gusti.

Posizione perfetta per visitare gli scavi di Ercolano e Pompei. B&B in un una delle ville settecentesche del miglio d’oro, anche se il palazzo meriterebbe un restauro, l’appartamento e le stanze sono ristrutturate molto bene. Stanza ampia, molto confortevole e arredata con gusto. Colazione al bar adiacente al b&b, tutti molto cortesi.
