There is no breakfast. The room is modern, clean and comfy.
Communication with proprietor was terrible. Neither email nor phone (via WhatsApp) listed on the website worked. We only heard from the proprietor once we checked in online a day before we arrived, that was totally inadequate. The b & b is on the 6th floor of a high rise apartment complex. Unless you have direct contact with the proprietor, you will be locked out of the building.

Very close to the train station(circumvesuvian) and to the bus to vesubio. And there was tea, biscuits and candy for free.
The only detail was low pressure water on the washbasin

Clean, comfortable and in a great location right next to Ercolano Scavi (train station) which was very convenient for Herculaneum a short walk away and a short train ride to either Pompeii or Naples.
