The owner was very kind and waited on us eventhough we were delayed due to traffic. He took the time to show us everyting in the appartment and even had some drinks (water/milk) already in the fridge. Besides that, we forgot a jacket and was so kind to send this back to us! So certainly a place we can highly recommend. Location is perfect and he has a lot of recommendations where to eat, have breakfast or visit a champagne house.

Very easy contact with the owner who was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was very well equipped - it had everything you needed including some pantry items which were very welcome.
For those with difficulties with stairs this probably won't be a good choice - its on the 2nd floor with no lift.

The apartment might not have had ultra-modern décor, but it was extremely well-equipped—right down to umbrellas and a PC. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, and even some soft drinks, juices, and milk. The welcome was incredibly warm, and we were given directions to restaurants and sights, along with estimates of how long the walk to each would take.
Maybe the distance to the center of town which is a 20 mins walk, but a lot of busses stop in the neighbourhood and will bring you to town in no time. During the day they run every 8-10 mins.
