Exceptionally clean! Host was incredibly welcoming and made sure myself and my husband were doing all okay or needed anything. Room was beautifully decorated, felt homely and bed was very comfortable. Ideal location with the beach close by as well as port meirion and beautiful scenic routes to drive. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back and stay again.

The accomodation was excellent. Spotlessly clean and with lots of little 'extras' the owners had thought of to make our stay more comfortable. For example, a small bedside mirror with hooks on for ladies to hang their jewelry. Good quality toiletries and huge fluffy bath towels. King size comfortable bed with good quality bed linen. We had our own parking space immediately outside our room which was handy for moving luggage. All in all, very pleased and would return.
No sign of any staff member during our one night stay. Reception was closed and locked when we arrived late afternoon and when we left the following morning. There is no food service at all, even though Booking.com class it as bed and breakfast - it isn't!!! Having said that, the room has a fridge and microwave.

No breakfast it was advertised as having a breakfast. Would not have booked if I had known there was no breakfast. Thought it was overpriced for just a room
