Room 6 was great with a separate bathroom with a WC, bath and shower and heated towel rail. There was another separate area where there were two wash hand basins and mirrors which was a nice touch as you don't get the steam on the mirrors and there is no competition for the mirror as you have one each! The room was warm with thermostatic control to the radiator and hooks to hang coats over the radiator to dry off. There was a microwave and small fridge in the room and a small ice tray space. The lighting was adequate with lamps over the beds and also reading lights. There was a tv and a kettle with milk, sugar and some biscuits. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was adequate. There were two chairs and a table outside the door to each room which would be nice to use if it was nice weather!
The breakfast was great and the staff in the restaurant area were amazing and extra helpful and informative of places to go to like portmerion village which is the reason we went to this area. We met Silvia and Donna who were really lovely ladies and went out of their way to make the breakfast enjoyable and advised us loads. We would definitly stay there again and would highly recommend it to other people who may visit this area. There is a pub down the road too with lovely food called the Ship Aground if you are looking for lunch or dinner.

Breakfast was superb and our room was exceptional, with everything you could possibly require. Staff were extremely helpful and informative.

Easy to access. The property was clean and the staff were friendly.
A single pillow was too thin to sleep on but the double was too big. Possibly a preference issue as didn’t bother my partner.
