Very pleasant staying in such a beautiful, quiet and comfort hotel

The heating facilities is a little bit of old. Very slow to warm up when you enter into the room in the first instance.

Incredibile how rich and high quality breakfast can be offered at this absolutely affordable price! The building is very nice and seems to be inside a postcard due to the perfect position on the riverside. Top!

I had planned to stay in another hotel. Without my knowledge I was diverted to this property. It wasn’t apparent that I was “ Halbpension”. We didn’t need this additional service.

Great location and breakfast!

Great location, friendly staff, generous buffet breakfast, good sized sauna but small pool, single room adequate size. Plus was a Mini fridge in room. Large parking area, Close to restaurants and Edeka! Walking distance to Spa Gardens and ferry

In general the place feels a little tired, but it is not unkept. Would have appreciated a hot water jug in the room for a cuppa in between.

An excellent overnight stop on my way through Germany.

The size of the room and bathroom. The food. The free parking. The view of the river form my balcony. Not too far from the main motorway. Quiet despite the regular river traffic.

The bed was comfortable to sleep in but the old fashioned 70's style of bedhead meant it was difficult to sit up and read my book as the mattress is about 30cm from the wall and then the bed ends up taking up more of the room than it needs to. A more upright bedhead please.

Great Hotel with a stunning view on Rhine river

It was a sentimental journey. I did stay in this hotel many years ago with my daughter an we enjoyed not less as this time. Very accessible, good parking possibilities and stunning view on the Rhine especially from the restaurant.

There is no air conditioner or fan, so it is very, very hot in the room (also ventilator did not work in bathroom) . The sun heats the room all day long, the louver does not help - the room becomes like sauna. There is no power plug by the bed, some lamps are not working. Really too big price for such quality of facilities

A good hotel with many plus points, but also some drawbacks that might not be apparent at first,

This hotel is situated right on the bank of the Rhine with only a foot/cycle way between it and the river. You can sit and watch the boats go past to your heart’s content! Having breakfast on the terrace in the warm sunshine was so quiet and peaceful because the hotel blocks out all the noise from the town behind. The rooms overlooking the river mostly have balconies which get the sun in the morning but not the evening. While on the river side of the hotel there is no sound from Bad Breisig, be aware that the town on the other bank, Bad Honningen, sometimes has special days when there is a funfair and a knees up in the evening - which is what was happening the night I was there, and the sound from that is quite intrusive. (But there is a ferry over to the other side so at least if you can’t beat them you can nip over and join them!)

The hotel is part of quite a large complex with numerous meeting rooms which seem to get well used by a whole number of businesses and some self-catering lodges so during the day it can be quite busy with a lot of people around all talking and laughing. This made it quite hard to make out what the receptionist was trying to say, made even worse by the fact he couldn’t really speak English, which was disappointing for a hotel trying to attract custom from international businesses. My bed was very low and for me the mattress was too firm. My left hip ached all the next day!

Room with balcony, great view, not clean thin matresses, poor service

The location and breakfast were fine.

The shortage of parking spaces. They forgot to clean our rooms, because a lot of new guests had arrived! No apologies, and nobody came to clean the room. No manager was available for two days. There was a cocroach in my daugthers room.

Signage on river side of hotel is confusing. Approach the hotel from what I consider the back, the land side.
