L'emplacement est absolument idéal, une rue très agréable, la boulangerie juste à la porte d'à coté pour le petit déjeuner.
J'aurai apprécié une cafetière type Nespresso au lieu d'une machine à filtre, mais c'est du détail.

Emplacement très central dans quartier historique très animé. Tous commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Escaliers assez acrobatiques. Logement très mal isolé phoniquement. Chauffage insuffisant (sèche-serviette de salle d'eau ne fonctionne pas du tout). Malgré les indications, nous n'avons pu utiliser la TV. Lit inconfortable et difficile d'accès. Stationnement éloigné et onéreux.
