It’s my go-to as I do enjoy staying anywhere between 2-4 days to enjoy the incline and the town. It’s conveniently walking distance to and from the incline. Staff is always more than helpful and accommodating. Room is always pristine. I’ve never had a bad experience staying here.

It was the perfect location for us for the activities we wanted to do in the Manitou Springs area.
They were so accomodating when we had to cancel one night and re-arrange due to our flights into the US being delayed. The room was lovely and clean, great value for money. It made us feel safe that it is next door to a fire station & police station.
We stayed there one night instead of two initally due to the flight issues and returned again for the final night of our trip so we could still do the things we had planned in this area. I had left a pillow there the first time which was kept by the inn and safely returned to me when I stayed again. 10/10 would definitely book here again next time we are in Maintou Springs.
Toilet behind a separate door would be good.

The check in process was horrible. Waiting on emails that never came regarding self check in. No one on the property to assist. That process took about an hour to work through. Then left to come back and parking lot closed for cleaning. Went to room where dirt and debris entered room under door while cleaning parking lot with high pressure hose. So room was quite dirty
