The location is what make this a great choice! You can walk to up and down the street to shops, restaurants, bars and almost all the Springs. (Even the walk to the cog railway station is do-able from here)
Bathrooms are small in these older buildings but were well-appointed and I liked the "split" so we could both get ready at the same time. A nightlight would be a good addition (I always bring one when I travel).

The location was great with the free Manitou Shuttle stop right outside the door for those with some mobility issues.
For those who wish to walk, everything was within distance - and a lovely town to walk in.
The staff were great, so friendly and helpful - they really do treat you like old friends.
The hot tub wasn't very bubbly - although it was lovely to sit in.
I would also appreciate more options for breakfast - something hot and perhaps cereal. But, it is very clear on booking that this is not available and I am not sure where they would put it anyhow.
