Eagle Motel Suite 107

Bathroom and shower were nice. Great location. Friendly & helpful cleaning staff ( Daniel)..tried to give us fresh shower towels but couldn't find any. Provided us with Toiletpaper and tissue box when after two night they were out. Complimentary Snacks in lobby

Filty very wornout couch (would NOT sit on it) and very worn, uncomfortable desk chair. Dirty looking carpet. Smoke smell in room, despite it being non-smoking. Did not like the feel of plastic mattress covers under sheets, everything you move or roll over it cruches and makes you hot. No on-site staff to find/ speak to ..asked for manager to talk to and get fresh Shower towels when cleaning staff around. He couldn't find extra towels, nor did he know where we could locate a manager. That was really strange and uncommon for us. We never did get fresh towels. As we were checking out, we met the Property manager and the representative of the investors ( owners) explaining about planned restorations. It was great to learn that improvements are happening to modernize this otherwise lovely smaller Motel. Despite some of the less desirable issues, we chose not focus on these (cause you asked here in review ,we told you). Overall, enjoyed our stay! Thank you for having us 😊

Safe, comfortable & clean. Fun location even though we preferred to be in Woodland Park

Could have been closer to Woodland Park

During our stay, I particularly liked the step-in shower. The cleaning crew were helpful when we arrived and discovered there was no check-in necessary. All the entry details for the room were in the confirmation email.

We were a little surprised to see only two towels--no face cloth or hand towel. Plus, there was no place to hang there to dry for the next day's use. We used the hangers to dry them. With no staff to ask for help, we just winged it.
