Amazing VIEW

The view an excellent formidable view, the free private car parking, beds were comfortable, the large terrace with everything, all required machines were available and in good condition,the elevator, security system …

I like everything but just to pay attention about the entrance while driving through.

All what you need is there like you are in home , clean and new , view from balcony, walking distance from center , privacy and security and finally private parking. The host Matthieu are very kind person 👍🏻

Just to be careful during check in that there are no space to park your car until you get your keys to enter for your private parking.

Excellent apartment

Great apartment, exactly like the pictures. Matthieu was so easy to deal with, instructions for entry were very clear and he also sent on lots of useful recommendations for the area. Very clean and quiet building and the apartment was well stocked with everything you could need. AC and tv in both bedrooms and living room. Would highly recommend

We had 2 young kids with us so for us it wasn’t feasible to walk into Monaco but if we were by ourselves we could have walked in about 15 mins. We had a car and there was free secure parking so this wasn’t too much of an issue for us

Super appartement avec vue incroyable

Superbe vue depuis la terrasse de l’appartement. Les photos du site sont conformes à la réalité. La décoration est donc agréable et confortable. La place de parking est très pratique ainsi que la climatisation présente dans chaque pièce et qui est silencieuse pour bien dormir. Enfin Matthieu est disponible et réactif pour la moindre interrogation.

Le nettoyage à notre arrivée était un peu léger avec quelques oublis. Certains équipements : bouilloire, casseroles sont à renouveler car l’eau est très calcaire. Tabourets et robinet wc à bien fixer. Tout cela reste anecdotique. Le moins appréciable reste l’heure du check in ! 17h c’est beaucoup trop tard.

L'accès à la copro est un peu dangereux, surtout à l'arrivée lorsque nous devions récupérer les clefs qui se trouvaient dans une boite à clefs fixée sous une haie, de nuit, ce n'était pas pratique du tout. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables et il manque des équipements comme de l'essuie-tout, des produits ménagers (aucun produit lavant à part du produit pour les vitres... pas de savon ni à la cuisine, ni au lavabo des WC ; et un seul torchon à notre disposition). Pas de serviette non plus dans les toilettes alors qu'il y avait un lavabo ...

Toller Aufenthalt an der Côte d’Azur

Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Vorab gab es per Mail Informationen wo sich der Schlüssel befindet, der Code, Parkplatz, Müll und noch einige Tipps für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. Die Wohnung ist groß, toll eingerichtet, hat zwei Balkone, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, TV und sonst alles was man benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Oturma odası ve mutfak iyiydi, kullanışlıydı. Wifi iyiydi. Çevre sessizdi. Kullanmadık ama otoparkı olması araçla gelebilecekler için iyi bir avantaj.

Resimlerde sanki denizi çok iyi görüyormuş gibi, ön konumlarda bir yerdeymiş gibi algılanıyor. Büyük hevesle, fiyatı önemsemeden, açıkçası manzarası için tuttuk. Monako‘yu daha önce ziyaret etmiş olsaydım belki aldanmazdım. Apartman dairesi olarak olanakları fena değildi ama günlüğü 800 küsür Euro edecek bir yer asla değil. Akşamüstü 17:00 den önce giriş yapamıyorsunuz. Uçağımızın sabah olduğunu söyleyerek erken giriş talep ettiğimizde yardımcı olmadılar. Bavulumuzu bırakacağımız bir yer sorduğumuzda, adresten uzak bir konumdaki bir yere ücret karşılığı bırakabileceğimiz söylendi. Arkadaşlarımız bunun yarı fiyatına sahile yakın otel otellerde kaldı.

très bel appartement, conforme aux photos et descriptions. cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée ainsi que le salon, terrasse agréable avec vue sur mer et levé de soleil en prime. les chambres son confortables avec de très grands lits, parfait! quartier assez tranquille et silencieux

la place de parking qui est associée à l'appartement devrait être sécurisée avec une clef, car elle est utilisable par tout le monde. j'en ai fait l'amère expérience, une polo noire a squatté l'emplacement et il est très difficile de trouver une place dans la rue

Pas assez de poubelles surtout dans la salle de bains. La literie est usée. La vaisselle Ikea. La télé commande des lumières ne fonctionnait pas. Un ménage en profondeur serait le bienvenu.
