Had a very enjoyable stay, would love to return and would recommend this to family and friends.
The views were amazing, apartment had everything we needed and a friendly host.
There was some construction work going on and was a bit noisy on some of the mornings. Shame there wasn’t air con although fans were in the apartment.

Beautiful home for an exclusive stay in Monaco.
Superb location, in a traditional building and spectacular view on the city and the bay. Easy to walk back from the city center with the escalators. Very well equipped kitchen, bathroom and the apartment is well designed. The owners have a very good taste. Very nice staff.
It was a little hard to park down the car on the narrow and steep road. It was very hot in the city (40C) and AC is not regular in this area of France.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent booking experience I had through your platform. While the confirmation email from Booking.com clearly outlined the agreed-upon price, the situation became complicated upon arrival. After booking, the apartment owner sent me several messages requesting payment through a link outside of Booking.com furthermore, two days before arrival, I received a notification from the owner demanding a €500 deposit that was not mentioned in the Booking.com confirmation. This unexpected request created a stressful situation, especially as I had already fully paid for the stay. Fortunately, I had French friends who were able to intervene and negotiate directly with the owner. This situation could have been entirely avoided if all fees had been clearly stated upfront on Booking.com with no surpirses I kindly request that you investigate this matter with the property owner and ensure that future guests have a transparent and hassle-free experience. Thank you for your time and attention to this complaint.
