Parking Problem

We did not see the actual apartment, so we cannot comment on that, the apartment was probably fine. We had a problem with the parking situation and cancelled because of that. The car did not fit in the garage and we didn’t feel comfortable with the car parked partly inside the garage and sticking out because the garage door could have fallen on the car, which is a rental. The host didn’t see a problem with this and felt the door would not move and that it would be ok. He had asked us the kind of car we had in advance and did not mention that it might not fit, which we think would have been appropriate. We also wish that he had been willing to reimburse our cost since the fact that it was a garage with limited length was not mentioned in the booking info.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una notte, in quattro persone. L’appartamento è nuovo e pulitissimo, esattamente come mostrato nelle foto. Dispone di due camere con letti matrimoniali, entrambe con terrazzino, bagno, cucina attrezzata, soggiorno e un ampio terrazzo arredato con sedie e tavolini. Sono inoltre a disposizione lavatrice, forno, macchina del caffè, tostapane e lavastoviglie. La vista panoramica è davvero mozzafiato. È presente anche un box auto privato, molto comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato il set di benvenuto con ciabattine, spazzolino, dentifricio e shampoo, un dettaglio molto gradito. L’alloggio si trova a circa dieci minuti a piedi dal casinò: per scendere ci sono solo scalini, mentre per risalire si possono utilizzare comodamente le scale mobili.

Struttura pulita e molto carina per farci un weekend, a 15 min di camminata dal Casinò di Montecarlo. Anche se al primo piano, c’è una bella vista sul Principato di Monaco. C’è una Buona connessione del Wi-Fi ed il Letto è comodo. L’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo al nostro arrivo nell’ingresso del condominio c’era un odore abbastanza sgradevole di fognatura, probabilmente dovuti a dei lavori, che si limitava solo nell’ ingresso e sulle scale in comune del condominio, nell’appartamento NON c’era nessun odore. Unico solo lato negativo dell’appartamento in sé, c’erano pochi utensili per l’utilizzo in cucina.

Rundum bequemes Appartement. Mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat nix gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und man hatte einen schönen Ausblick über Monaco vom Balkon. Man bekommt eine ausführliche videoanleitung vorm Eintreffen. Alles ist gut erklärt und der Eigentümer ist über WhatsApp schnell erreichbar. Über die Treppen war man in ca. 15 min. Am Casino zu Fuß

Nix zu meckern. Als kleiner Tipp, bei Anreise Kapseln für den kaffeeautomaten einpacken, falls kaffeetrinker

Tolle Lage und herlicher Ausblich

Die Lage ist toll, alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar, Rolltreppen bis kurz vor der Unterkunft. Tolle Aussicht und die Unterkunft war sauber und auch gut eingerichtet.
