Nice apartment with free parking in Far-Far-Away kingdom and alternating electricity

Spacious and clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Quite value for money.

Parking. Public parking is free -- free-space-free and quite far away (found free place ca 300 m away). There is nice big paved front yard but did not got the lock code. At morning stove stopped working as outlets in kitchen. Discovered that cover of electric panel was open -- seems that this is not the first-time-problem. Looked like one phase was missing from central box. No answer and help from host.

Clean, new but not super comfortable

It is new and clean apartment, double bed was very comfortable, it's located near a huge park and it's very quiet. There are several stores in a foot access and Jabka is just in the other side of a street. Self check in is convenient.

It is new apartment, I think it even didn't finished yet, so may be they will add what is missing, but while I stayed there there were no wifi and no dishwasher and some small stuff were missing that maid my stay less comfortable than I wish it would be. Staff doesn't speak English. Over all it's a good place to stay but just may be not for foreigners like myself

Enttäuschend - nicht empfehlenswert

1) Sauberkeit - an allen Ecken und Kanten klebt Dreck. Betten riechen nach Pipi, Kühlschrank und Geschirr dreckig..insgesamt ein modriger Geruch beim Ankommen in der Wohnung. 2) Der beschriebene Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden! Eine lange und weite Suche in der Gegend muss durchgeführt werden - mega doof. 3) Küchenausstattung absolut spartanisch - ein Brotmesser zum Brot scheiden oder aber auch mehr wie 2 Gläser sind bei einer vier Personen Belegung doch selbstverständlich 4) An so ziemlich allen Ecken und Kanten starke Abnutzung. Ob nun die lockeren und kippeligen Stühle, dreckige Wände, Loch in der Wand, kaputte Türzargen, nicht schließende Badezimmertür oder leckende Duschtasse oder kaputte Küchenmöbel.. alles hat seine beste Zeit definitiv verloren. 5) WLAN sollte im Jahr 2025 Standard sein..!! Ja,es ist aber beschrieben das es keins gibt.

Miejscówka całkiem fajna, ale wymaga poprawek.

Bardzo wygodne duże i wytrzymałe łóżko, duży blat kuchenny, duże okna które można w całości otworzyć, brak latających owadów na zewnątrz.

Odpływ prysznica zapchany- woda prawie nie zlatuje, deska sedesowa nie przymocowana-przesuwa się, wentylator w łazience tylko buczy-nie działa, pod prysznicem żadnej półeczki, przy umywalce żadnej półeczki, drzwi od łazienki nawet się nie przymykają, o zwykłym zamknięciu czy zamknięciu na jakiś zamek nie ma ma mowy, lodówka nie ma zamrażalnika, przewód od telewizora naderwany przy wtyczce-grozi porażeniem, "garderoba" - to szafa 80cm z wieszakami bez jakiejkolwiek półki, poduszki tak miękkie że nie da się na nich spać, parking tylko publiczny przy ulicy gdzie o miejsce trzeba walczyć z mieszkańcami z bloku obok-miejsce na posesji dla kilku samochodów nie udostępnione.

Als wir nach hause gefahren sind.

So ziemlich alles, defekter Backofen, defekter Kühlschrank, Müll in den Möbeln sprich im Wohnzimmerschrank und im Waschbeckenunterschrank die Tür des Badezimmer war nicht verschließbar und rollte immer wieder bis zur Hälfte auf (Schiebetür). Allgemeine Sauberkeit war mangelhaft Spinnenweben in den Ecken und Haare auf dem Boden.

Phantastischer Aufenthalt :-)

Es war einfach alles top. Zugang zur Apartment sehr einfach. Sauberkeit top. Grüsse des Zimmers war ausreichend. Die Lage vom Zentrum mit Auto einfach super. Preis war einfach unschlagbar.m Würde auf jeden Fall die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Ich finde nichts, was uns nicht gefallen würde. Alles war top :-)

Mocno przeciętnie

Blisko żabka. Duża powierzchnia apartamentu. Samodzielne zameldowanie przez skrytkę. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Była opcja zameldowania przed czasem. Cena była niska więc też na plus.

Czystość mocno pozostawiała do życzenia - Talerze, sztućce, szafki, szuflady dramat. Meble w kuchni ledwo się otwierają. Jeden worek na śmieci na 3 dni. Pralka jest ale chociażby jednej kostki do prania nie ma. Czajnik elektryczny bardziej turystyczny na kablu jak chciałem przenieść to musiałem wypinać.... Brak podstawowych akcesoriów i dodatkow: korkociąg, kawa, herbata, pieprz, recznik papierowy, itp. Widok na wewnętrzny dziedziniec bardzo kiepski. Brak parkingu na posesji, trzeba liczyć że będzie miejsce pod okolicznymi blokami na osiedlu. Lokalizacja wiedziałem jaka będzie ale to obrzeża miasta. Dziwny zapach w apartamencie. Brak dywanika w łazience. Drzwi do budynku w którym jest kilka apartamentów nie zamykane, mógł wejsc każdy.

Tak brudno jeszcze nie było.

Mieszkanie jest małe ale przestronne, wyposażone w niezbędne minimum. Dość dobra lokalizacja. Blisko market, żabka i przystanek autobusowy.

Mieszkanie już bardzo wyeksploatowane, między innymi meble kuchenne czy krzesła. Można to pominąć ale to, że było tak wszędzie brudno. W lodówce był syf (za lodówką jest bardzo widoczna przestrzeń za szafkami pajęczyny i same skarby) tak jak i w szafach pozostałość po poprzednich lokatorach, w szafach również jakieś resztki części meblowych itp. Poduszki leżące na szafce rtv wyglądały jakby ktoś na nie zwymiotował i to wyschło już dawno temu. Piekarnik, tłuszcz zwisał z kratki, było go pełno w całym piekarniku, przy próbie jego nagrzania smród spalenizny w całym mieszkaniu. Do pralki już nawet nie zaglądałem. Drzwi do łazienki się nie zamykają, ponieważ są przesuwne o nie posiadają odpowiedniego zamka. Ogólnie nigdy bym tam nie wrócił, nigdy nie byłem w tak brudnym mieszkaniu.
