Disappointment

A patio shared with neighbor.

Various dark hairs on the mattress in the bedroom,sleeping on 2 sofas pushed together instead of one large bed.There’s no coffe machine,only a water kettle electric,and that’s a big minus,’cause not all quests drink synthetic powdered coffee,but from an espresso machine.There are also no curtains on the kitchen window.The bathroom doorknob is broken,so if you ‘re traveling alone,don’t lock the door,no one will hear your scream.Socks are on the radiators,rags are in the closet in the hallway.There’s folding sofa in the room,when you unfold it,you find a large urine stain on the mattress.Shame on those,who did this and didn’t notify the owner.And the shame on the owner,who doesn’t check what the quests left behind.How can you sleep on such a sofa if you’re tall and want to stretch your legs after long hours of driving,’cause a sofa bed is short.The owner didn’t introduce himself politely when sent a message.No free parking only is allowed in underground 3zł/ h.

very good value for money

It was clean and relatively cheap. Sofa bed was enough for two people to sleep, comfortable. Far from city center, but we were on the road further west, so from that perspective location was perfect before the border. Zabka shop available on the ground floor, lidl near by and also fuel stations.

parking in late hours was problematic. Book a parking space if you arrive late. Balcony was shared with other apartments, so you have to consider the fact that somebody might be standing just at your window, this was weird, but funny a bit. I would not recommend longer stay, but for one/two nights it was perfect

The location is very good for car travellers. Apartment is clean, beautiful and comfortable. Perfect for an overnight stay

Late at night there may not be parking space close to the house, have to park down the street.

Brak rolety w oknie kuchennym. Ciężko z miejscem parkingowym bezpłatnym, szczególnie w godzinach południowych, musieliśmy parkować dalej na obrzeżach.

Wygodny, dobrze wyposażony apartament, dostęp dla osób na wózku inwalidzkim, można przyjechać z psem.

Zaparkowanie przy ulicy bardzo trudne, brak miejsc dla niepełnosprawnych. Obok garaż płatny, koszt 3 zł za godzinę.

Porównując cene do jakości naprawdę na plus!

Na plus napewno sam budynek i apartament. Nowoczesny i gustowny.

Do wymiana klamka w łazience i przydała by się roleta w kuchni. Na tle całej reszty i tak nie ma powodów do zdenerwowania i nie wpływało to na ogólną ocenę. Napewno pierwsze miejsce na nocleg w Szczecinie.

Spełniło oczekiwania bazy noclegowej

Czysto, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie, wygodne łóżko w sypialni, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny.

Mieszkanie wymaga drobnych napraw. Ściany słabo wygłuszone w całym budynku. Mało prywatności przez to ze 2/3 okien w mieszkaniu skierowane są na wspólny taras. Zatrzymanie się na noc/dwie z innego powodu niż wypoczynek jest bardzo ok.

Świetna lokalizacja. Gustowne wnętrza, przy czym ergonomicznie zaplanowane. Przyjemne dla oka miejscowe zdjęcia architektury i sztuki. Pralka oraz (co często nieoczywiste) środek do prania był ogromnym plusem. Bardzo mili sąsiedzi i spokój w budynku.

Z mojej perspektywy brakowało mi pełnego zaciemnienia podczas nocnego spoczynku. Drobiazg.

Apartament ladnie urzadzony, bardzo wygodne lozko w sypialni, pralka, zmywarka, komfortowy i czysty.

Niestety, najwidoczniej poprzedni wynajmujacy mial psa. Smrod psa "uderzyl" mnie od razu po otwarciu drzwi wejsciowych. To jedyny minus.

Solniczka!!! łatwo rozsypać z niej sol bo nie wiadomo co to. Trochę brakuje zieleni i brakuje firanki lub zasłony w kuchni. Nie chce się zastanawiać czy mogę przejść nago czy nie kiedy płace za pobyt, a z dołu wszystko widać
