Absolutely unacceptable stay!

Shortly before check-in, the host informed me that there was no hot water in the apartment. At that point, cancelling the booking would have meant losing 100% of the payment. After arrival, the issue was not resolved. There was still no hot water, while other residents in the same building did have hot water, which clearly shows this was a local problem in the apartment, not a general outage. Communication was slow and ineffective, and no proper solution, compensation, or alternative accommodation was offered. I strongly do not recommend this property. Renting out accommodation without hot water and trapping guests with a non-refundable policy is unacceptable.

Comfortable stay with a family

It was an easy communication with the owner and the property was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. The location was great for us and there were several supermarkets at a walking distance + a huge mall nearby. You also have public transportation hubs close by. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need to cook and clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would be coming back!

Just a suggestion - it would be great to have a washing machine for longer stays with small kids, but for a week we have managed well without it. Also the parking situation is not that great in the area, it is very densely populated and in the evening you really have to hunt for a spot, but it is doable.

Apartament przewyzszyl moje oczekiwania😊 Bardzo czysto i komfortowo. Wspaniala lokalizacja, w bardzo bliskiej odleglosci duze centrum handlowe i restauracje. Przemila wlascicielka,która rozumie potrzeby klienta i jest chetna pomóc. Bylismy w apartamencie z Rodzina, i na pewno tu jeszcze wrócimy. Czulismy sie bardzo swobodnie w mieszkaniu a ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja. Wszedzie blisko. Polecamy wszystkim.

Pobyt się udał, każdy zadowolony

Mieszkanko przestronne, dobrze wyposażone. W kuchni wszystko co potrzeba. Lokalizacja dobra, blisko centrum handlowe, jakieś sklepy, stacja paliw czy McDonalds. Parking pod blokiem, czasami trudno o jakieś wolne miejsce, ale to wiadomo jak jest z miejscami parkingowymi pod blokiem :) Z minusów to jedynie zbyt miękkie łóżka, z rana człowiek obudził się obolały. No i poprawiłabym czystość w szafkach kuchennych :) Z pobytu byliśmy zadowoleni, na bank będziemy jeszcze nie raz w Szczecinie więc na pewno skorzystamy z wynajmu mieszkanka :)
