About this villa rental
Vista Mar is a gorgeous 3 bedroom villa situated at Caminho da Vigia,Campanario.With great views to the sea and mountains,it is a quiet area where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. The house is only 2 minutes from the motorway, 20 minutes from the airport and only 10 minutes from Funchal the capital of Madeira. Guests will have access to all of the house, with TV and free Wifi. The house is situated in the countryside with lots of farms where they produce their own vegetables and fruits.The best way to explore the island is by car, where you can see the most beautiful views of Madeira ,but you always have the choice of great walks near by. Villa Vista Mar is also located 20 minutes walk from one of the most exotic places on the island ,Calhau da Lapa.

Nice house with lovely view, but tough road to arrive, especially with a larger car that cant turn in 1 time in the hairpin 150m before the house.Small problem with warm water. Not possible to take multiple showers after each otber with warm water. I think boiler is too small....

We enjoyed staying at vista mar.
The house is as described, but as indicated the road to the house is steep. But you get used to it. Very smooth communication with the owner.
Location is central so you are quiet quick to each side of the island.

We have truly enjoyed our stay in the villa. Very helpful owners and their relatives. Villa in our opinion in a great location if you want to explore the beauty of the island, with a nice views. Swimming pool to cold to use unfortunately, although we understand it being there in April. Pool heating would make this villa perfect for all year long alongside with some cosmetic improvements indoors. Overall great place which we would definitely recommend. Thank you Teresa & family.
