OurMadeira - Terrace Sea Apartments

The location of the apartment was great, and the apartment was also very clean and everything matches the pictures. Checking in and checking out was very easy, because there was a Master Lock. The balcony was huge and way bigger than we expected.

The apartment's AC had a problem that the host never resolved. It made a loud vibrating noise - far louder than we could put up with - and sleeping with it on was impossible. We were lucky the nights were cool enough that we didn't really need it. We told the host, and they said they sent a technician to look at it twice, but nothing changed. In the end we were told the technician had said this is a normal noise for an AC to make. It clearly wasn't: on top of the noise, water ran down the wall every time we switched the unit off, which is obviously not normal either. I wouldn't usually bother writing a review like this, but the fact that the host left it at that - without calling another technician or following up to make sure it was actually fixed - made me feel it was worth mentioning.

Все было хорошо, большие современные апартаменты со всем необходимым, кухня полностью оборудована, есть стиральная машина и помещение рядом, где можно развесить белье. Хороший продуктовый магазин прям в этом доме.

Не было привычного нам одеяла, но это не критично.
