Beautiful

Peaceful and scenic.

The setting was incredible, absolutely peaceful, the skies at night were crystal clear and made watching the Perseid meteor showers an incredible experience. In a 30 min drive you can get to Hay-on-wye for a lovely day out. The was the most friendly black and white cat that came to visit, if you had a dressing gown on in the evening you can almost guarantee a cuddle with unlimited purrs. The cabin was so clean and all of the towels, robes etc smelt amazing. Then the shower in the bathroom was so spacious. The outdoor sitting area was immaculate, the hot tub was spotless to the extent it seemed brand new. Loved everything about this stay.

I think the only thing myself and my partner found to be a bit annoying but not really a problem, was the Venetian style metal blinds didn't really block any light out so by 5am we found the cabin to be practically daylight. That's an issue for us more than the cabin, I would 10/10 recommend this venue to everyone.

An incredible private getaway in nature!

This accommodation was everything we were looking for and more! We came here for a weekend stay, and I only wish we could have stayed longer! The cabins were easy to find as the address is registered on Google Maps. The cabins are very private and furnished to a high standard. We had everything we needed - basic seasoning for cooking, decent hob, oven, toaster and fridge. The bed was comfortable and the cabin was a good size. Netflix on the TV too! The private hot tub was perfect (the star of the show) and the bottle of prosecco in the fridge was a lovely touch! We were lucky enough to have a clear night of stargazing from the comfort of the hot tub with a glass of bubbly. The cats were very friendly and cuddly as well. The cabins are also an 8 minute drive from the Black Hill trail, a lovely local hike which we enjoyed on a sunny summer evening. I would highly recommend this accommodation, and we will hopefully be back in the future! Easily one of the best stays I've had away from home in a long time.

Perfection!

We loved everything! The views were absolutely magnificent and the accommodation was outstanding. Andy had left a bottle of prosecco in the bridge. Tea, coffee and milk were available too as well as a packet of Welsh cakes. They also provided bathrobes for the hot tub. The place is so beautiful that we decided to eat in both nights. I have already passed the details to two friends and I will recommend it without hesitation. Andy and his dad were great hosts. Thank you so much for what you do 😊

The property is absolutely spotless and fantastic for a relaxing break away, especially for us as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The roads can be tight to navigate but it’s well worth it for the relaxing environment that you get on arrival. The hot tub is brilliant, we spent a lot of time in there, daily visits from their cats who are the nicest ones going, and we have our own at home! The hosts put some nice decorations up for us to celebrate our anniversary which was a lovely touch and nothing was too much trouble, including being very accommodating.

Accommodation is clean and well looked after. The heated flooring, welcome gifts and hot tub all add to a tranquil, beautiful location. The perfect setting to unwind and relax.

If you love peace & quiet, stunning views, scenic walks right from the doorstep and the luxury of a jacuzzi hot tub to relax in and rest your aching limbs afterwards then this is the place for you. Rosie, Andy and dad Billy along with their many lovely four legged companions are SO friendly, but also give you total privacy. They really are the perfect hosts. We absolutely loved our stay here and look forward to our next visit.

Pleasant.. Peaceful... Perfect

Hot tub, BBQ and stunning views.. What more could you ask for?! Perfect place for a relaxing countryside retreat and a peaceful environment not too far from Brecon Beacons. Thank you Andy for being a wonderful host. I cannot wait to return and will certainly recommend to friends and family!

Not much to say here as our stay was pretty much faultless. There was a lot of insects coming in but I guess that's beyond your control and is expected considering the location.

Perfect getaway!

The property was absolutely perfect! You literally have everything you need. Great parking, beautiful scenery, private location. The shared garden space would be perfect in good weather (which sadly we didn’t have) nonetheless it was a lovely stay. The hut is incredible! You are provided with all the utilities you need such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, utensils etc & fridge even has a small freezer section if needed. Tea, coffee, sugar & milk all provided. And very grateful for the snacks & Prosecco (Thank you!!) The bathroom is beautiful & the shower was just lovely. The bed was spacious & very comfy, we slept really well. The memory foam pillow was spot on! Tv has Netflix & Amazon prime for the bad weather days & the hot tub was incredible and well needed after a day of hiking! The colour changing lights were such a nice effect & the fairy lights around the garden were a cute touch. Highly recommend to others!

Nothing the property was amazing! Side note: just be warned that the roads in wales are not ideal as you can’t see oncoming traffic. There aren’t many pull in spaces to let vehicles pass safely and the roads are basically single lane, so you need to be good at reversing! 😊

Beautiful cosy hut with amazing views!

Absolutely beautiful and finished to perfection . Under floor heating , big shower and such a comfortable bed , made our weekend away to cosy . Hot tub was just amazing especially with all the views! went with our 2 young children and they loved it . definitely recommend this for a lovely chilled cosy weekend , making a fire and having some smores :)
