A diamant in the rough
- location -pet friendly -peaceful -mosquito nets -shutters -bed (firm mattress and pillows) -simple check in -price A striking stone house (kind of like a hacienda) sits in a peaceful area not far from the lake. It’s surrounded by vineyards and tall trees on all sides, so it’s nicely hidden in greenery. You get there by a gravel road. The host probably owns or rents only this apartment, since a few locals live in the house too. Everything is functional and the bed is comfy. The kitchen setup is basic but works — two pots and pans do the trick. Sheets, towels, the toilet, and the stove are clean, but when you look closer... overall cleanliness could be better. With a bit of effort and a vacuum cleaner, things could look much tidier. The outside is similar — a bit in-between. The locals clearly don’t stress about it, so neither did we — we like it a bit wild anyway. Dogs are welcome, and there are always a few friendly cats hanging around the house too. Check-in and all communication are done remotely, which suited us perfectly.

We appreciated the early check-in. The location seems isolated, but there is a supermarket 5 minutes away and a few restaurants 10 away (walking distance). The place is very small but you have everything you need. WiFi is fast.
The bathroom has serious problems with water coming out of the floor, and it gets super humid during the night. We did pay 21 euros of tourists' tax as requested by the property, but we weren't registered as tourists as the law requires - INTERESTING. We were woken up many times by the very loud boiler in the bathroom going off in the middle of the night. If you don't have a car to move around, it can get pretty uncomfortable.

La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta ya que se encuentra a escasos minutos del Lago di Garda, y a su vez se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila para poder descansar. Las mascotas son bienvenidas. El alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para cualquier tipo de estancia.
Se podría cuidar un poco más la limpieza general del alojamiento, ya que había varias telarañas repartidas por el alojamiento. Aún así, todos los utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama y toallas estaban limpios.

Non manca nulla giusto piccoli accorgimenti per renderla ancora più comoda porta asciugamani in bagno un attaccapanni e una tenda scura nella finestra vicino al frigo così da oscurarla per dormire la mattina
