Lovingly restored, the Rose Tree Apt. (#1), located in a historic 1880s home in the Village of Canton, NY is completely remodeled. Non-smoking property with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living/dining & kitchen with 2 burner glass cooktop, dishwasher, microwave &toaster oven. Bedrooms are air conditioned during summer months. Walking distance to St. Lawrence University, Main St. shops and restaurants. Fifteen minutes to Clarkson University and less than 5 minutes to SUNY Canton.

On-site parking. Walking distance to Saint Lawrence University, cafes and coffee shops. Farmer's Market a couple of times a week is in the Park, 2 minutes away. Near the Adirondacks, 45 minutes to Ottawa, Canada and about 1 1/2 hours to Lake Placid.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Rose Tree Apt. The location was perfect for walking to town or SLU campus. The accommodations were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Excellent communication with the host and property manager as well. We will definitely be back.

Location was amazing and responsiveness of maintenance was exemplary. Beds were comfortable however furniture in the living room not the most comfortable, made for hanging out in the house on a rainy day pretty brutal.
