Lovingly restored, the Maple Tree Apt. (#3), located in a historic 1880s home in the Village of Canton, NY is completely remodeled. It's perfect for long-term stays. Non-smoking property w/2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living/dining & kitchen with 4burner stove and full oven. Light breakfast provided. Bedrooms are air conditioned during summer months. Within walking distance of St. Lawrence University, Main Street shops &restaurants. 15 minutes to Clarkson University &less than 5 minutes to SUNY Canton.
The Maple Tree Apartment (#3) is on the second floor of the building, up one flight of stairs. It is decorated with a modern vibe. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Excellent location for university events.
Guest access:
On-site parking. Walking distance to Saint Lawrence University, cafes and coffee shops. Farmer's Market a couple of times a week is in the Park, 2 minutes away. Near the Adirondacks, 45 minutes to Ottawa, Canada and about 1 1/2 hours to Lake Placid.
Other things to note:
We have keyless/contactless check-in. Our property managers will be readily available to answer any questions. WiFi info will be provided on arrival.
