Welcome to this charming, historical, 150 year old townhome in Potsdam (1/2 of a duplex with nothing shared with the other side). This awesome property features 3 cozy bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 child trundle bed and a floor mattress. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer and a relaxing bathtub. With amenities like a private washing machine and dryer, iron, heating, AC (seasonal window units), and WiFi, guests will have everything they need for an enjoyable stay. An outdoor grill, quiet yard and screened porch will make your stay relaxing. Off street parking in private driveway. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our townhome.

The property was well situated to the town for us. Rentals are not plentiful in this smaller town, so we appreciated the proximity. The host was accessible and helpful. The older home was large, with all the room we needed and more (we were 3 adults). It is a shared wall duplex, and the neighbors couldn’t be heard—very nice! I had to remove someone else’s hair wad from the shower drain, which was there as I stepped in so I know it wasn’t mine. The coffee maker and pot (critical equipment!!) had to be scrubbed before use. That is also how I keep my house, but I’d rather not pay to do the same thing in a rental property! Other than those 2 oversights, the accommodation was clean, right down to the floors drying from being well-mopped—thank you! We enjoyed the two new Adirondack chairs and side table for our morning coffee outside. The fresh flowers on the dining room table was a welcoming touch.
