Located on a quiet side street, and just a few minutes walk away from downtown, you recieve the best of both worlds with this cozy space! Adorable, comfortable house. Needed a place for 4 people and the house was the perfect size. Walking distance from downtown and Clarkson. Little too long a walk to SUNY Potsdam. The fire pit out back was an added bonus. Would stay there again if we return to Potsdam.

Lovely and spacious living area with a comfortable couch and two soft throws, lots of pillows. Two nice bedrooms on second floor with motion sensor lights on the stairs, so easy to come and go at night. Nice kitchen (if you're looking for utensils for fancy cooking, this is a bare minimum kind of kitchen, but I had everything I needed!) and a bath with plenty of towels and bath supplies. Quiet neighborhood—close to downtown Potsdam. Host left a binder with delivery menus, as well as an email message full of lists of nearby shops, restaurants, and more. Staying here alone (with small dog), I felt safe at all times. Gravel drive for parking—easy in and out. Great place!

The house was clean and very cute.
Suggestion- put a sign telling people to watch their heads upstairs as the ceiling is low and slanted.

The home clean, updated and the first floor is well furnished. The upstairs however is better suited munchkins, there's an area at the very of the stairs that's only about 4' high.
