Brand new farm home in northland 15 mins or 12kms to kai iwi lakes and the west coast beaches.....close to trounson and waipoua kauri parks for Bush walks .
3kms to the local tavern for lovely evening meals This proberty is situated 28 km from Dargaville town and has 3 lovely queen size bedrooms two rooms also have single beds ( 3 queen beds and 2 single beds ) and 2 bathrooms ...spacious lounge and dining opening out onto large decks with BBQ area overlooking farmland has air con /heat pump.......very private and peaceful surrounds....wheelchair friendly ....(may not be suitable for small childern ...please inquire first ) No wifi.

There seems to be a collection of used soaps in the bathrooms. The cleanliness was questionable in this second time staying at the property. Would be nice to have wifi and a potato masher? Thank you

What a beautful spot! We stayed with our two kids (4 and 5 year old) and just loved it. The house is very modern (brand new?) welcoming, comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, and the views are so beautfiul and calming. We met up with friends at Kai Iwi Lakes which is only a short drive away, there's also a gas station 2 minutes from the house which has is pretty well stocked for basic supplies. Our kids loved exploring the farm, we played board games on the deck and once the kids were in bed we would just sit out on theoutside and take in the views. The perfect getaway from the busy world, just note there's no WIFI or cell coverage, which we personally embraced and found very liberating. 10/10 thanks for having us, we'd love to come back!
