About this house rental
Just outside Normandy, on a bend in the Seine, this village house comfortably accommodates 4 people in 2 full bedrooms. Ideal for a getaway focused on nature, culture, or fine dining, it’s 1 hour from Paris and 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Normandy coast. Close to Giverny, La Roche-Guyon, Mantes-la-Jolie, and Vernon. Walks along the Seine or in the forest, water sports, and an 18-hole golf course (Lavacourt). Several renowned restaurants to discover. Access via the A13 highway: 15 minutes via the Mantes Ouest exit or 10 minutes via the Bonnières exit.

A very quiet village of 600 residents, overlooking the Seine Valley near the Méricourt Dam. There are no shops in the village; all amenities are 3 km away (Freneuse or Bonnières). A car is essential for getting around and running errands. You can enjoy beautiful walks or bike rides.
In addition, I am a state-certified dance instructor in classical and modern jazz. I offer a customized 1½-hour class tailored to your preferences and skill level in my beautiful studio.

This stay was wonderful. A magnificent home full of character and beauty. The host was so kind and helpful onsite. Coming from the USA, I am use to lock boxes and codes to access the property provided before arrival, but this host was lovely and met us in person to review the home and access. Highly recommend taking a stroll through the beautiful neighborhood down to the Siene. We traveled without a car, taking ride services and were also able to get Ubereats grocery delivery to the home with no issue. Overall, wonderful stay!

Charming house nestled in the cliffs on the small town; Property was as described and owners a pleasure to talk to.Only recommendation would be to provide better instructions on working the Heat if needed. We had to call to have it turned on.
