EVERYTHING! Incredible, beautiful place. Salma and her family are fantastic hosts, with very helpful tips. The homemade food was absolutely delicious, the views are spetacular and the rooms are gorgeously decorated and very clean. We had wonderful days and nights in this little piece of paradise with great location, and we can’t wait to come back here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views. The room was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and satisfying.

The Wi-Fi connection was rather weak.

an exceptional location and a very beautiful house. very relaxed atmosphere, incredibly safe. very friendly staff. a perfect place to relax and unwind. we loved the sunrises and the sunsets, walking on the beach at low tide and having great inexpensive lunches in the village nearby. Djerba as it used to be before the big hotels invasions. Precious.

Qu’avez-vous aimé dans cet établissement ? L’environnement est magnifique, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Le cadre est calme et agréable. Le personnel était très gentil, accueillant et toujours disponible.

Malheureusement, cela n’a pas suffi à compenser les nombreux points négatifs. Le Wi-Fi était quasiment inutilisable, impossible de capter correctement. Pour un établissement classé 3 étoiles, plusieurs équipements et services de base faisaient défaut. Les prix des boissons et de la restauration sont largement excessifs au regard de la qualité des prestations proposées. Compte tenu du tarif payé, je m’attendais à un niveau de confort et de service bien supérieur. C’est justement parce que le prix est élevé que les attentes le sont aussi. Malgré la beauté du lieu et la gentillesse du personnel, l’expérience globale ne correspond pas au rapport qualité-prix annoncé. Je n’y retournerai pas, car pour ce budget, il est possible de trouver des établissements offrant des prestations bien plus complètes et conformes aux standards attendus. C’est vraiment dommage, car le potentiel du lieu est réel.
