entered my room, the duvet was already dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel stay. What made the experience worse was the receptionist’s response. When I reported the issue, he told me that the duvet was “fine” and said this was their standard. Only after I showed him the visible dirt did he acknowledge the problem. Being told that dirty bedding is their standard is shocking and unprofessional. Clean bedding is a basic requirement, and the way this situation was handled showed a lack of care for guests and hygiene. I was not happy with the quality of the room or the customer service.
