- near the beach & also near bus stops that take you to the city centre - washing machine, built-in air conditioning in the living room and double-bedroom - fully equipped kitchen, big fridge and freezer - nice balcony - very spacious for a couple - enough towels
- cockroaches in the kitchen and living room (there were several traps already set up by the owner, we say about ~ 5 during our one week stay) - the wall by the entrance door is in poor condition, the entrance door and window are boarded up with wood, the door is only 40 cm wide, and there is no natural light in the ground floor - Tip: If you plan to sit on the balcony, avoid running the air conditioning beforehand, since it blows straight onto the balcony sitting area

Location was close to public transportation.
House was a bit musty and needed to be aired out daily. Front door had ALERT! VIVENDA TURÍSTICA painted in front. Though we were never bothered four being tourists.

El colchón super super cómodo y todo muy limpio la verdad. Muy cerca de la playa y de una estación de tren ,también muchos buses para ir a cualquier sitio de valencia. (El trato genial respondieron a mis dudas y además yo soy muy despistada y me dejé la chaqueta al irme pero pudimos volver rápido y me abrieron para cogerla,).
