A lovely two-bedroom apartment with a lovely rooftop terrace. Very clean and well-equipped with everything you need for everyday life. Located on a quiet street, it's a 10-minute walk from the beach. It's well-connected to Valencia city center, with public transport just 5 minutes away. The journey to the city center takes about 35 minutes. A market, supermarkets, and numerous restaurants are 10 minutes from the apartment.

No disadvantages. This is not a negative but it is indeed quite dark in the common room and in one of the bedrooms - it makes for better sleep:)

Un peu bruyant la nuit

Great location, about 7-8 minutes walk from the long, beautiful beach. At the quiet end of an interesting traditional neighbourhood with some beautiful small houses, now undergoing gentrification. Only about 3 minutes walk from tram 4, which makes it easy to get into the centre. Big roof terrace is wonderful in the good weather. Well equipped, including an electric kettle, although a juice squeezer is essential for those who love Valencia oranges. Good shower. Friendly host who responded quickly to enquiries.

The sitting room in the front part of the flat is quite dark, and there is only a small amount of borrowed light for the main bedroom. But the kitchen, the dining area and the second bedroom are fine.

Cute and unique, different than many others. You entered directly into the living room, then there is one bedroom, a bathroom, a small hallway that takes you to the kitchen or to the interior mini-garden and rooftop, and on the other side is the other bedroom. It was quite cozy and nicely decorated. Located just a short walk to the beach.

There were no shelves in the first bedroom to put your stuff, only a couple of hangers, but more were needed. The bathroom also needs more storage space and for sure, newer towels. The ones offered were really teared down. A few improvements and newer towels and beddings may make a big difference! We didn’t use the kitchen, so I don’t know anything about it, we only kept a few drinks in the fridge. Oh, and the air conditioning was leaking, we found all the things that were on the chair below soaked. We moved that chair and put a wash basin to collect the water. That has to be addressed too.
